Brent W. Martin, Attorney At Law is a reputable and professional local law firm that has served Northeast Arkansas since 1979.
My office is located at 315 North Second Street in Blytheville. I am across the street from the American Legion Building and next door to Prunty Bail Bonds.
My law practice is devoted primarily to Consumer Bankruptcy, Real Estate Closings, Probate of Estates, and Business Transactions. I also handle miscellaneous other matters such as adoptions, wills, corporations, contracts and uncontested divorce.
I attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas and received a Bachelor's Degree in 1975 and a Master's Degree in 1976.
I attended law school at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and received my law degree in 1979.
After law school, I returned to my home town to open my own law firm in October of 1979. I have served Northeast Arkansas since that date.
As an attorney, I have a three tier philosophy regarding legal representation:
(1) Personal Attention. You receive my personal attention and quality representation. I am accessible to you. You communicate and meet directly with me, not with a paralegal or a law clerk. I return your telephone calls and answer your mail promptly and make a point to keep you informed with the status of you legal matter.
(2) Competent Representation. I keep up to date with the latest changes in the law and how these changes may affect your legal matter. I attend legal seminars each year, read legal articles and publications, and maintain the latest technology for legal research and communication.
(3) Reasonable Fees. I provide quality legal services to the citizens of Northeast Arkansas at reasonable rates. Legal representation does not have to cost a fortune. Most attorney fees can be worked out with a down payment and a payment plan agreed upon by us.
