My main practice areas are Bankruptcy and Real Estate.

• Bankruptcy I am an experienced bankruptcy attorney. I have represented thousands of clients in obtaining bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas for the past twenty-three years. I have a 100% track record and have never had a bankruptcy case denied.
• Real Estate Closings Need to buy or sell a house or commercial property? Need to refinance your home? I prepare the paperwork for the transaction and handle the real estate closing in a prompt and efficient manner. I work in conjunction with the realtor, if the property is listed, and with the lender, if the property is to be financed. I also write title insurance. I am the local agent for Stewart Title Company, one of the largest title insurance companies in the country.
• Miscellaneous I also handle various other matters including: adoption, wills, probate, uncontested divorce, contracts, incorporations, etc.
